PROJECT BY VY BUY
Children are the future of society. They are living messages that we send to a time we cannot see. Because of this, child education and early childhood development is considered vital to ensure they are well-equipped with all that they need to face the world. This design project focuses on creating a learning environment that stimulate the child’s psychological as well as physical growth, as they explore their abilities and interact with their peers.
As big cities becoming more populated, one of the big guest concerns relates to how we can give our children the outdoor time they need. Spaces in daycares are limited, and a great amount of these infrastructures are located in larger buildings and/or buildings without any outdoor spaces within the premises. Furthermore, most of these centres functions the traditional way of putting children in their assigned spaces, and have them stay in the same room throughout the day. Understanding the limitations of regular daycares, this project aims toward a design that allows children to be active, whether indoor or outdoor, learn and have fun at the same time.
